At Fluvin, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest-quality oral care products that deliver real results. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth and fair as possible.
100-Day Return Policy
You have 100 days after receiving your Fluvin toothbrush to request a return, even if you’ve used it. We want you to feel confident trying our product risk-free.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the toothbrush must be in its original condition, with all accessories included. While we accept returns of used items within the 100-day window, products returned incomplete, damaged, or with missing parts may be declined or refunded partially.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at hey@fluvin.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or how we can improve our product.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless:

Please note that delays caused by customs or carriers are outside of our control and not considered valid grounds for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your toothbrush arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll cover return shipping and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your toothbrush for a different color or version? Let us know when you initiate your return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
